Fused Biconic Couplers

The SANWA FBC Series is available in a wide variety of configurations, tap ratios, wavelength ranges, housing, and connector options. They can, therefore, be readily specified in a wide variety of applications, enabling rapid design cycles and new project builds. These products are particularly well suited for harsh environments. The specifications include insertion loss, excess loss, uniformity, polarization-dependent loss, return loss, operating power, and operating temperature range. The couplers are specified using a code that indicates the number of ports, wavelength, tap ratio, package, fiber jacket, connector type, and fiber length.
