Variable Attenuators

SANWA offers Advanced Variable Optical Attenuator (VOA) devices for use in optical systems for in-line power control, transmitter power equalization, and R&D purposes. It features high resolution, low insertion loss, and low polarization and wavelength-dependent loss. Customized designs are also available according to specialized feature applications. The attenuator has a variable attenuation range of 30dB at wavelengths of 1310nm and 1550nm. It operates between -15 to 60 degrees Celsius and stores between -40 to 70 degrees Celsius.
