Pluggable PLC Splitter
KEY FEATURE
- Connector Type: LC (UPC) to MPO
- Channel Number: 1x8, 1x12, 1x16
- Available Colors: White, Blue, Green
- Easy to upgrade the number of channels
- LC and MPO pluggable
Developed to offer the easiest way to upgrade the number of channels in confined spaces, the SANWA Pluggable PLC Splitter with LC receptacle and MT ferrule will allow for saving optical node or module space. It is the most compact product to date, allowing optical signals to be split from a single LC connector to an optical connector via MPO simply by plugging in the connector; it is also ideal as an item for building FTTx systems.

MDC Dust Shutter Adapters
KEY FEATURE
- Industry-first MDC (VSFF) adapter with built-in IP5X dust shutters adapter
- Matches the width of standard MDC 3-port adapters and integrates seamlessly into existing SC footprint panels
- Each of the three ports is equipped with an independent, movable shutter
The SANWA MDC Dust Shutter Adapter is the industry’s first VSFF (Very Small Form Factor) with built-in IP5X-certified dust shutters, ensuring superior protection against dust intrusion. The design is under patent application and matches the width of the standard MDC 3port adapter, allowing for seamless integration into existing SC footprint panels. Each of the three ports is equipped with an independent, movable shutter. This unique design ensures that dustproof performance is maintained even when one or two ports remain unused.

MDC Jr Tool-Free Connector
KEY FEATURE
- No tool required to extract connectors
- Two 1.25mm ferrules in one connector housing
- 3x fiber cabling density over LC
- Designed for cables up to 900um OD
- MM, SM, and SM APC available
SANWA’s MDC Jr Tool-Free Connector marks a significant advancement in fiber optic technology. Contrary to other MDC Jr. models that necessitate a specialized extraction tool for removal, SANWA’s innovative design permits tool-free disconnection. It minimizes the consumption of valuable back-of-panel space and brings all the functionality and testability of the connector while simplifying maintenance and upgrades, consequently reducing downtime in operations.

MPO 16F Connector
KEY FEATURE
- The MPO-16 realizes TX: 8 fiber / RX: 8 fiber, doubling the data transmission capacity of the MPO-12.
- The MPO-16 connector key is located in a different position from that of the MPO-12 to prevent incorrect insertion.
- Compliant with IEC61754-7, TIA/EIA, and GR-1435-CORE
- Ideal for the smooth construction of 1 x 16 fiber networks for 400G transmission in Hyperscale Data Centers.
MPO is increasingly being used for high-capacity optical communications, mainly in data centers. Currently, the most common number of fibers installed is 12 fibers in a single row and 24 fibers in a double row, but the MPO-16, which has been expanded to 16 fibers in a single row, is also beginning to be introduced.
With 12 fibers per row (MPO-12), 4 fibers are used for transmitting(TX), and 4 fibers are used for receiving(RX), with the middle 4 fibers not used, but with a single row of 16 fibers (MPO-16), TX:8 fibers and RX:8 fibers are realized, doubling the data transmission capability. MPO-16 has a different connector key position from MPO-12 to prevent incorrect insertion.
SANWA's MPO 16F Connector is compliant with IEC61754-7, TIA/EIA, and GR-1435-CORE and is ideal for the smooth construction of 1 x 16 fiber networks for 400G transmission in Hyperscale Data Centers.

Light Visible Dust Shutter Adapter
KEY FEATURE
- Translucency allows visual confirmation of optical communication by inserting visible light (λ=650nm)
- Built-in shutter ensures IP5x dustproof and eye protection from lasers
- Available in a variety of colors to facilitate identification and organization of connections
- Designed to be compatible with various standards of connectors and adapters
By inserting visible light (λ=650nm), SANWA's Light Visible Dust Shutter Adapter allows red light to penetrate through the translucent housing softly, making it possible to check optical communications visually.
It facilitates line number contrast when removing or adding optical cables, thereby reducing construction errors and improving work efficiency. The built-in shutter guarantees IP5x dustproof and protects the operator's eyes from lasers. Available in SC and LC types, with a variety of housing colors.
